Excellent access to a charming traditional farmhouse with 4 bedrooms set amongst 450.000m2 of natural countryside in Velerin, Estepona, reached by a private gated road and yet only 7 minutes by car from the N340. A large terrace leads to the pool. There are outbuildings and a seperate 1 bedroomed cottage which would be ideal for guests or as staff quarters.
The nearby river has waterfalls and rockpools in which you can swim. Set next to the National park, there is an abundance of wildlife and also historical Roman ruins. Ideal for horses.

The popular town of Estepona is only 10 mins away with it´s many shops restaurants and tapas bars found in the Old Town or a visit to the Sunday market held at the Marina where you will certainly see a wide selection of leather goods and fabrics.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are about 15 mins drive from the house.
Banus is renowned for its Marina and luxury yachts where it´s possible to use the Ferry service and take a short sea trip along to Marbella
The area has a multitude of Golf courses to choose from.
Gibraltar where you can buy Duty free goods is about 30 mins away, the Airport is much smaller than Malaga but is closer.
