Hotel-boutique «Alma» is located in the heart of Marbella, in a pedestrian street only 60 meters from the main avenue of Marbella and only 200 meters from the beach. Because of its location, it has very easy communication by all kinds of transport. «Alma» consists of a ground floor, two floors of apartments, a solarium (with approximate constructed area of one hundred and twenty square meters each) and a basement connected by stairs and elevator. Ground level is distributed in 4 guest rooms, reception with counter and interior patio. Two High Floors are distributed in five guest rooms. Each guest room includes bathroom and closet.
Solarium provides an area to take sun bathes, little pool and bar.
Basement distributed in living/dining room of forty two square meters, male and female toilets plus one for people on wheelchairs, utility rooms, kitchen and dressing room.
