The purpose of this role is to support our Property Managers within a fast paced and supportive team where you will have every opportunity to develop your career, qualifications, and profile. You will fully support the Customer Account Managers by handling enquiries and requests from customers, clients and colleagues alike and work in a proactive, effective and accurate way. The responsibilities for this role include:
To be successful in this role you will be a real team player, take pride in giving consistently excellent customer service and always communicate in a friendly and courteous manner. Having previous administration experience you be willing to learn and develop and have a 'can do’ positive attitude. Being highly organized you will prioritize your own workload and work in a methodical way.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to sites as required.
